BREATHING ASSESSMENT
From birth, your breath adapts, influencing health, performance, and awareness. Rather than giving you a standard breathing prescription, we will analyze your breathing mechanics and behaviors to understand how your body experiences learning, safety, and stress. You'll gain personal insights and experience immediate, impactful results from which we can create an actionable learning plan together.
WIM HOF METHOD
As a Level 2 certified Wim Hof instructor, Reis leads experiential workshops, where participants can dive into the primary pillars of Wim’s method — from the mindset, breathing techniques, science, and ending with the ever-popular ice bath. Reis also offers private workshops for groups and individuals.
LEARNING PLANS & 1-on-1
Based on your assessment, we will create a personalized plan to replace dysfunctional breathing habits with healthier patterns supporting awareness, balance, stability, and well-being. The learning plan emphasizes breathing chemistry and mechanics tailored to your goals and nervous system capacity. Most clients find 15-20 hours of sessions, combined with daily practice, bring the desired change.
GROUP SESSIONS
There is nothing quite like breathing together in a community. Through group connection, the various systems in our bodies magically sync up, sending us deeper into the experience. This makes group breathing such a powerful (and fun!) adventure. So grab your friends and let’s breathe together!
